A note for those of yous using nVidia's web drivers: this update makes the system incompatible Again, so it falls back to the base Bone X drivers. (Way to go, nVidia.) If that annoys y'all similar information technology does me, y'all might want to hold off on this update until nVidia gets a clue.

This update failed on my 2011 15" Macbook Pro with OWC SSD. Afterward several hours "hung", I had to force a restart, after which my SSD boot drive was completely hosed - non even visible. This is the quaternary time I have had to RMA one of these drives. Non sure whether this was acquired by the update or non, but I would avoid this update for at present.
Does not fix the biggest consequence with OS X10.8.ii - boring shuting down of MBPs. Pity...
